REQUEST FOR 200KVA GENERATOR
We hereby formalize our request for 200KVA generator to booster the power supply in our
Ibadan factory.
You will recall that two engineers from our head office visited your office and depot in Ibadan
about a week ago. During the discussion, which lasted about an hour, we concluded that we would
need a 200KVA, to augment the erratic supply of electricity from the national grid.

Please recall also that we settled for N1.2 million as the cost of purchase and installation. You
also agreed that your service personnel would maintain the equipment for six months from the date
of installation without any additional cost.
This letter thus formally seals the agreement, and is accompanied by a cheque of N1.2 million.
Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this cheque and arrange for the transportation, and immediate
installation of the equipment in our factory located at 18 Moore road, Bodija, Ibadan.
We sincerely appreciate your response to this request, and hope to sustain the business
relationship.
