RE-ABUJA FORD (EKY 885 AZ) REACTIVATION.

Please may I draw your attention to inconsistency which we observed in our proposal to you,
in seeking relief to enable us complete the reactivation of the vehicles (Ford etc.) in Abuja.

You may wish to objectively review our proposal as it affects the Ford vehicle. Reviewing
the process contained to arrive at the cost of panel beating / painting works, it’s obvious that
the ₦88,000.00 on the proposal should have been ₦881,000.00 as a practical summation of
the processes confirmed so.

We therefore seek your indulgence to factor in that error in accessing our initial proposal for
a worthwhile result.

The difference here represented is ₦793,000.00 which is huge for us to accommodate and
deliver the project as expected. The project cost should therefore have been ₦881,000.00,
for the body work and painting.

Kindly review this proposal with the view to effecting the correction for the project cost and
also amend our balance as it affects the formerly requested advance of ₦1,600,000.00 on
this project and approve the new advance of ₦2,393,000.00 (however, we expect that only
the sum of ₦1,600,000.00 be paid from ICMS’ old debt).
