Sub: Request for sloping to connect garden road with the newly
constructed Kakodonga River Bank Road

Dear Sir,

Reference to the aforementioned subject matter, I would like to inform your

good office that the new construction of Kakodonga River Bank road is very high
from our garden level and there is no sloping for connecting our garden road to
the kakodonga river bank road.

It is pertinent to mention here that the garden workers use that road for daily
movement and we also use that road for emergency purposes.

In view of the above, you are kindly requested to make a sloping to connect our
garden road to the Kakodonga River Bank road to avoid law and order situation
in the garden as it is related to the sentiments of the garden workers.

Your earliest action in this matter will be highly appreciated.
