Payment Agreement Contract

THIS AGREEMENT is made effective as of this 22 day of October in the year of 2023.

By this contract, {Client) agrees to make payments to

Leonardo C. Silvestre (Contractor/Service Provider), in exchange for a T-Shirt Printing
Services for a total of 669 shirts. By this agreement, it is agreed that a payment of PHP 60,980.00
(Sixty Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty) shall be paid to the Service Provider from November 15, 2023
until November 20, 2023.

By signing this agreement, all parties agree to the terms as described above. Alterations to
this agreement can only be made by both parties and must be placed in writing. Both parties will
receive a printed copy of this agreement, and will be responsible for upholding its terms.
