- Evaluate each solution: Decide to implement a consistent bedtime routine, including
winding down with a book or calming activity before sleep. Adjust the sleep environment
by minimizing noise and light disruptions.

6. Acceptance Finding:
- Implement the new bedtime routine gradually. Monitor ability to wake up early and
adjust the routine as needed for better acceptance.

In my problem, the problem-solving model is applied to address the everyday issue of


difficulty waking up early. By recognizing the problem, collecting data on sleep habits,
identifying root causes, brainstorming simple solutions, and implementing a consistent
bedtime routine, I aim to improve my ability to wake up early and start the day more
smoothly.
