Letter of Recommendation
It gives me great pleasure to speak about the potential of Mr. Birhanu Mulatu
Goshu to his further carrier on his further studies on different fields.In my
capacity as a Division Manager for the VSAT and HUB services in the
Broadband unit of the Satellite Department, of the Ethiopian
Telecommunication Corporation, my observations of Mr. Birhanu Mulatu
Goshu comes though my close interaction with him for the last five years. He
has been working in this Division at different positions starting from electrician
level up to junior technician.

He has worked successfully and in a very effective manner in the installation

and commissioning of a broadband VSAT network, operation of this network,
rural telephony system, and television broadcasting. Above all he has also
involved and took different types of involvement in the VSAT systems and Radio
transmission system as well.

I found his keen, hard working, effective and talented person in project works. I
proved this from his great work and contribution in the completion of our
project in delivering the national Information Communication Technology (ICT)
within the scheduled period. He has great potential to handle any academic
study he aims as he has been successfully completed his study in the technical
field.

I wish him all the best in his future endeavor. I appreciate and thank in
advance for any support you are able to extend to him towards materializing his
great interest to further educational studies or developing his carrier.
