Present Simple
The present simple tense is used to describe habits, routines, general facts, and states that are true now
or always. It is also used to talk about scheduled events in the future.
Form:
Subject + base verb (infinitive without "to") + -s/-es (for third person singular)
Example:
I always drink coffee in the morning.
Past Simple
The past simple tense is used to describe completed actions or events that happened at a specific time
in the past.
Form:
Future
There are several ways to express the future in English. The most common forms are "will" and "going
to."
"Going to" is used to talk about plans or intentions that have already been made.
Form:
Subject + will + base verb (infinitive without "to") OR Subject + be + going to + base verb (infinitive
without "to")
Example:
I will go to the gym after work.
