Together for human rights students from Portugal and another country worked together at a Portuguese secondary school to create posters symbolizing International Human Rights Day. The students welcomed each other warmly and collaborated despite differences, finding common ground in their shared belief that freedom and rights are essential for all people regardless of attributes. Through their joint efforts, the students gained a deeper understanding of the importance of the day celebrating human rights.

The experience within the Erasmus + proved to be a special one.
The week started with emotions and with the desire for diversity and development at the -Escola Secundaria Leal Da Camara- . We were greeted by the young students of the school, who, equally excited, welcomed us warmly and made sure that we would settle in quickly. After we introduced ourselves and learned something about each one, we all worked to make posters that would symbolize the International Day of Human Rights celebrated all over the world on December 10. Collegiality and empathy were the qualities that united two completely different nationalities but at the same time with many things in common. Among these, the most important one proved to be the fight for freedom and rights that every man, regardless of nationality, culture, color or religion, is essential to have. We worked hard, we informed ourselves about other countries and languages, so that in the end we could truly understand the importance of the day we were celebrating.
