g) Meet in their happiness and sad occasions, in the case of an
illness or death, visit and condole. On the occasions of
happiness such as a birth, congratulate and please them.
h) When in trouble, make arrangement of Maktoob and Taweezat
e Attariya. Persuade them to admit their Madani Boys and
Madani Girls in Jamia tul Madina, Madrassa tul Madina, Dar
ul Madina.

the performances of their subordinate Islamic sisters. (Remember
that! Submission of Performance Report is not dependent upon Madani
meeting, if Madani meeting is not held due to some problem still submit the
performance to your responsible Islamic sister on the assigned date)
If performance report is not received, then follow up in proper
manner. For this purpose Responsible Islamic sisters should
never show dominant or aggressive attitudes. Rather make them
realise in such appropriate manner that next time it would never
be missed. Responsible Islamic sisters of Majlis Izdiyad-e-Hubb
of every level should try her best to submit and receive the
performance on assigned time with responsibility.

To perform this task successfully, keep reminding to submit
performance forms before time. Because if there is some delay or
not submission of performance forms, then it will affect world
level performance Report and may cause harm to madani
activities. Also, at the time of collecting the report compare it
with the report of previous month, so that the increase or decrease
can be pointed out and any mistakes can be rectified on spot.
The Responsible Islamic sister of Majlis Izdiyad-e-Hubb (Division to
World level) should keep “Performance Report” and filled “Schedule”
safely in display file. (at least of previous 2 years).
Responsible Islamic sisters of Majlis Izdiyad-e-Hubb (Division to
World level) should present the Madani gifts (Books/ booklets/ V.C.D
memory cards etc. of Maktaba-tul-Madinah) to their subordinate Responsible
islamic sisters as appreciation in their monthly Madani meeting if
their performance is better e.g. being regular in Sunnah inspiring
congregations, monthly madani halqa and Madani meetings,
submission of report forms up to given dates every month and
increase in follower of MAdani inamat. etc. (Remember! It’s not
allowed to give gifts from Madani Donations)
Whatever Madani gift (Books/ booklets and V.C.D etc. of Maktaba-tul-
Madinah) is given, make her intend that in how many days will she
listen/ watch/ read?
Responsible Islamic sister of Majlis Izdiyad-e-Hubb (Division to
World level) should keep in contact with their Responsible Islamic
sister, keep informing them about your performance and keep
seeking advices. The one, who remains more in contact with her
Responsible Islamic sister, will be strengthening with each

Razawiyya, Ihya-ul-‘uloom etc. Specifically, the book “Kitaab-
ul-Aqa’id” (published by Maktaba-tul-Madinah) related to islamic beliefs,
which is written by Sadr-ul-Afazil, Mufti Sayyid Muhammad
Naeem-ud-deen Muraad Abaadi , < / *#? first part of Bahar-e-
Shari’at, Kufriya kalimaat k baray mei suwal jawab, selected
chapters and parts of Bahar-e-Shariat for learning about issues
along with the books and booklets of Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat > :

good and bad manners, study the books of salvation (published by
Maktaba-tul-Madinah) based on ways of attaining good manners. Fix
some time for studying for example (19 mins in morning) for books

time for other books for example (19 mins after Maghrib and before lunch).
Strictly follow the Sharai veil and avoid wearing fancy gowns.

regularly, participate in training sessions etc.

and to reform the people of the entire world, persuade your
Maharim to travel in Madani Qafilas of 12 months at a stretch of
life time, 1 month in each 12 months, at least 3 days in a month
according to the schedule of Madani Qafila.
Acting upon the rituals for the pleasure of ‫ ﺍﷲ ﻋﺰوﺟﻞ‬strive for
becoming Ajmeri, Baghdadi, Makki, Madani daughter of Attar,
moreover try to have necessary talk also in less words, some by
gestures or some by writing along with it try to keep your eyes
lowered as well.

Kabina and those concerning your department and also deliver

Decided Madani Meetings:
To attend the Madani Meeting of Division Level in every 3
months. (in which Area level Responsible Islamic sisters are gathered)
To attend the Madani Meeting of Responsible islamic sister of
Majlis Izdiyad-e-Hubb (Kabinah Level) in every 3 months.
To attend the Madani Meeting of Division Level every month.
Basic Targets:
To submit Schedule (practiced) to your Responsible Islamic sister
by the 1st of every Solar month.
To submit Report form to your Responsible Islamic sister up to
4th of every Solar month.
Strive to complete the targets assigned from Responsible islamic
sister of Majlis Izdiyad-e-Hubb (Kabinah Level)
Assign target to Responsible islamic sisters to make rejoin at
