Subject: Changes to Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) SA02444AK

Dear Mr. Nelson:

We have received your letter, dated July 8, 2020, submitting minor design changes to
STC SA02444AK, which installs L-3 Communications NGT 9000/9000R ADS-B systems
in multiple aircraft. Your final submission included Master Data List L3-76AK-MDL1,
Revision 9, dated July 15, 2020, and associated revised documents.

This office concurs with your determination that the changes are minor changes in type design
in accordance with Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 21.95 “Approval of minor
changes in type design”.

This letter approves your Master Data List L3-76AK-MDL1, Revision 9, dated July 15, 2020.
The revised Master Data List and associated documents will be included in the STC
SA02444AK project file. Please refer to this STC in future correspondence for actions
regarding this approval.
