transferee as mentioned above. The transferor also undertakes to hold Transworld Home and its employees
harmless and fully indemnified in respect of any loss or damage that Transworld Home may suffer due to the
instant transfer. Moreover, the transferor shall have no claim, whatsoever, against Transworld Home or its
employees in this behalf.
