Greetings!

In connection with the BSIS Capstone 2 Final defense dated December 1 and 2, 2023 at Computer
laboratory 2. The BSIS-IV students are required to pay the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred
Pesos (Php. 1500.00) as payment for their Capstone fee. The payment shall be made directly to the
Finance Office. The deadline for the payment shall be before December 1, 2023.
In this connection, may I respectfully request for a cash advance the amount of Php. 27,000.00 pesos
against the fees that will be collected from students.
