Learning & practicing Basic breathing exercises, Deep breathing technique, Retention of breath,
Dosha balancing pranayama, Nadishodhana, Anuloma - Viloma & Vitalizing techniques of
pranayama & Bandhas

Meditative practices like Antara Mouna, Breath awareness, Om meditation, Yoga Nidra, Gayatri
Mantra Chanting integrated with pranayama practices.

Kriyas like Jalaneti, Kapalrandhradhouti, Kapalbhati, Agnisara & Trataka.

About The Founder

Dharmesh Sukhadia is a certified Yoga Teacher and Senior Teaching Faculty


member at The Yoga Institute, Mumbai. He is a certified Yoga Alliance Teacher
RYT-500 and ERYT-200. He is a certified “Yoga For Cancer” Teacher duly
certified from Y4C LLC, New York. He has authored a book “Pranayama &
Bandha” and also conducted many successful workshops on Pranayama,
Mudras, Bandhas and Meditation.
