CORPORATE SOCIAL
RESPONSIBILITY
Presented by: Group 1
INTRODUCTION
A country is governed by a national government that
focuses on making a better and easier living for its
citizens. It is the government’s mandate to provide
accessible shelter, food, education, and basic human
rights. However, some governments fail to live up to the
main responsibility. Here in the Philippines, a significant
percentage of Filipinos are starving, has no access to
clean water, live in makeshift houses in the urban poor
communities and cannot afford even basic education.
A Country is also run by the private sector, a sector of
society that has a huge impact on how every citizen lives
their lives. The private sector, as regulated by the
government, provides a society of employment and
necessities. The private sector aims to provide
sustainable government programs to people, further, to
meeting the objectives of policies concerning Corporate
Social Responsibility. Different organizations are now
successful in operating their business because they have
policies concerning corporate social responsibility.

framework for measuring and reporting corporate
