Symptoms And Treatment Of Multiple Myeloma Symptoms
Multiple myeloma symptoms may vary by patients, with the early stages of myeloma
often presenting no visible symptoms or signs. When present, the symptoms of
multiple myeloma may be vague or similar to those of the other conditions. Certain
multiple myeloma symptoms may also be associated with complications of the
disease. Remember that not all individuals with myeloma will have symptoms and that
is unusual for any one individual to have all of these symptoms. In addition, advances
in treatment options allow for multiple myeloma symptoms to be managed or
prevented. Cancer starts when cells in the body begin to grow out of control. Cells in
nearly any part of the body can become cancer, and spread to other areas of the body.

An Article An Officer And A Muslim Zionist
Sebastyne Young has said, A picture can tell a thousand words, but a few words can
change its story (Young). In 2012 Ala Wahib posed for what he thought would be an
ordinary picture however the image became extraordinary due to its inclusion in an
article titled An officer and a Muslim Zionist . It is important that at first glance it is
not clear that the officer is a Muslim because it counters a stereotype that all Muslims
look alike or that Muslims are at war with Jews. In the article Wahib is asked about
how he feels about being the highest ranking Muslim officer in the Israeli army and a
Zionist. The illustration of a Muslim soldier in the IDF is a great example of how
images can have varying interpretations based on ones perspective. There is a problem
in the modern world with the way we look and understand images having to do with
Islam. Efforts taken by the media to share images which creates a positive perspective on
Islam, are rare. Instead images that cause the public to connect Muslims to terror and
radicalism are common because the media utilizes punctum s such as, an image of a
young victim of a terror attack, to tap into ones emotions, gaining the public s attention.
the reason why the media cares about increasing their audience is because the world
revolves around money and unfortunately the world has become so used to opening up
the newspaper in the morning and seeing negative images, that positive images don t
appeal to media moguls. An important

Presentation Of Financial Statements On Accounting Profits
Question 1. Presentation of Financial Statements A.In evaluating a company should an
investor rely more on accounting profits or cash flow. Advantages One advantage of
firms using their accounting profits over their cash flows is that it is possible to legally
manipulate the figures for accounting profits. This means that a firm whose cash flows
look poor on paper can make themselves appear to be doing better with their accounting
profits. The primary advantage to using cash flows over accounting profits is that the
time value of money is taken into consideration with more reliance on cash flows.
However, time value of money is usually ignored when calculating accounting profits
alone. Disadvantages Using the accounting profit method of evaluating a company has a
major disadvantage that it is more time consuming and complex. There is only one
method to calculate to calculating cash flows; however, there are several different
methods existing for calculating accounting profits. When calculating cash flows, non
cash items such as depreciation and amortisation are not taken into consideration.
Depending on the firm s financials, this could result in their accounting statements
displaying lower profitability than using the accounting profit method. B.Discuss the

The Theory Of Training And Weight Training
Another method of training that has shown to be successful in improving acceleration is
power and weight training supported by research from (Chelly, 2009). Mansfield athletics
club; Thomas; Spinks and Tricoli.
The definition of power training is training is most commonly used to develop a muscle
group s ability to contract at maximum force in the shortest amount of time possible
(McArdle, Katch Katch 2015). Weight training is defined as a system of conditioning
involving lifting weights especially for strength and endurance (Merriam and Webster
2015). Power is important to acceleration as the runner s feet are in contact with the
floor for longer than if they were at full speed and so more power is needed to create
movement and quickly (Mansfield athletics club 2012). Research, by Mohamed
Souhaiel Chelly (2009), showed the effect of back squat and other forms of power
training over a 2 months period (twice a week) on acceleration and other forms of
explosive movements by football players. They found that in the first 5 meters in a
40m sprint the velocity of the players improved after using the power training
techniques. This is specific to junior soccer players and so may not be specific to other
sports or those of different athletic standards. In the book strength and power in sport , it
is noted by the author (Latif Thomas 2010) that The use of training methods involving,
maximal and near maximal contractions, cause a remarkable increase in RFD

Themes Of Women In Margaret Atwood s Lusus Naturae
Imagine looking in the mirror every day and not being able to recognize yourself.
Going out in public only to be mocked and insulted. Then ponder about how it would
feel to be pushed and locked away by your own parents. Most people would not enjoy
the sound of being socially unacceptable in the world they live in. But years ago
women felt discouraged by the outside world. If women didn t meet the expectations
of others they would became an outcast. They were expected to only take care of the
house and kids. Do to these ways of thinking women were left under educated and a
prisoner in their own home. For the women who didn t fit in or had physical disorder
they were labelled as freaks.
In Margaret Atwood s Lusus Naturae , a young girl/ monster is hidden away from the
world because her family will not accept her appearance. While her parents thought
keeping her locked up in the house was a beneficial decision, she became isolated and
lacked the knowledge and understanding of the world outside her four walls. Even
though Lusus Naturae is a dark, twisted, and frightening tale there is more to the story
than just a freak of nature being hidden from the world. One must read the story more in
depth and closer to illustrate the themes of women s roles in society in relation to the
monster. Margaret Atwood uses symbolic parallels and narrative tones to exemplify her
views of women s historical roles in society.
The time and setting of Lusus Naturae plays along with women s
Insecurity Necessary
Security is one of the essential needs not only to an individual, but also to society.
Everyone wants to feel secure wherever they are regardless of the time. The presence of
insecurity causes unnecessary tension which might even lead to economic instability
within a country. However, in order for everyone to be secure, there are essential
measures that have to be taken which some people argue are extreme and unnecessary.
After September 11, 2001, attacks in the U.S. by terrorists, there were numerous changes
that were advocated to ensure such an event does not occur again. For instance,
Americans were subjected to regular securitychecks and personal details monitoring.
Such measures, to some people, seem extreme as they appear to be violating people s
rights and privileges. However, the security measures that Americans have been subjected
to are essential, and people have to bear with them if they want to be secure.... Show

Furthermore, it does not cost anyone anything substantial to give a minute for them to be
checked. The one who is going to benefit from the security checks are the Americans who
criticize security officers when such an event occurs. Those who facilitate the insecurity
are within the people and therefore, it would be ironic to expect security officers to know
them merely by looking at their faces. Consequently, airports are one of the major routes
that terrorists use to infiltrate the country and penetrate dangerous weapons. Does it
therefore mean that security officers should let anyone enter and leave airports without
being checked? Americans should be patient and support the security measures put in
airports and other places if indeed they care about their
