Last year i started running and my best distance was 10 km; this year i want to repeat it and win a medal for that. I like to prove myself i can achieve a proyect; just by my self; a proyect that
is under my control.

are some possibilities for improvement, including your project and beyond?
100%; i have my motivation, my fitness plan, im running when is hot or rainning is
everything depending on me. The 10 km is the first goal, im dreaming to achive ahalf marathon and then a complete
marathon race. Is been just a dream for me achive something that takes that quantity of
efforts just by the persons who wants it.

I consolted a few expert and they suggested this plan to achieve the 10 km goal for a
persona that havent run in 6 months.

● Spouse: i decide on my new year resolution run this race, and ask for his support, and he was 100% supporting me. In his youth he was a profesional soccer player, he remember a few

● My kid sensei: my kid is very into Karate, he has won a few championship locally and nationally and his trainners have become family, when he see my determination, and training program
he is open to help me with a few more exercersice to improve ressitance and endurance for the big race.

The last year was difficulted for me, we started a remodeling proyect for a new home and the contract scam us, leave the site half way done. And we need to start over.
For my emotional health, was devastating, i found my self lost, thinking i can not doing nothing that i propossed.
I want to prove myself that i can. That ( as the on line coah says) struggling is successfully not giving up.
I want to build again confidence in myslef; self-love; balance between my personal and, business goals, and in the middle of that lose weight-
I havent run for more tan 6 months or doing any tipe of excercise. This is challeging for me.
