_________________________________________________________________________

Dear All

MoPH has announced today the reinstatement of the mask mandate in closed public places,
hence all employees are required to wear a mask at all times at the workplace effective
Thursday, 07th July 2022.

We would also like to remind you of the mandatory requirements when returning to the country
and to the workplace after travelling outside of Qatar. All Citizens and Residents of Qatar need
to undergo a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) within 24 hours of arrival in the country. Failure to
carry out the test within this stipulated time results in the Ehteraz status turning red. Access
to the work place for employees returning from overseas travel will be allowed upon providing
a negative RAT result.

As you are already aware, GEMS clearly outlines these pre - requisites, which you are required
to acknowledge when applying for leave. Employees should follow these guidelines closely
and factor in any testing requirements or possible delays into your leave plans. Line Managers
are responsible to ensure that all returning employees from overseas are adhering to the
requirements of the Company.

Employees are further advised to always keep themselves up to date with all current safety
measures and comply with all government requirements while travelling, to avoid any last-
minute inconveniences that could impact your timely return to work.

We thank you for your cooperation and look forward to your continued efforts in keeping our
company operating safely both now and in the future.

Best Regards
