WELCOME TO INBOX!

We're excited to have you here and look forward to helping you achieve your goals as
you embark on this new journey!

There is a lot for you to navigate and you're probably wondering:

"Where do I start?"

That's a great question and we've got the answer...

Start at the Beginning :-)

Once you login to the site (called the "member's area") for the first time…
 Watch the Welcome and Introduction videos…

Next, you'll want to make sure that you Sign up for the Q&A coaching calls and other
webinar series just for Inboxers! Go to Bonuses, Replays, and Resources > Bonuses (see
Bonus #1).

Another question you might ask is:

"Do I need to sign up for SendLane right away?"

No. Once you go through the training, you'll discover the right time to signup.

*Note that you DO need to sign up for SendLane before you access the LaunchPad
application. More about that in a minute.

Next…
 Get started with the Inbox Blueprint training by clicking on “Module 1:
Introduction” as seen in the left menu of the site.

TIP: Replays for all webinars can be found by going to Bonuses, Replays, and Resources >
Replays.

*It's Important To Note that IBB was created prior to launching LaunchPad which was
developed to automate what is taught in the modules!
The training helps you understand how to build an email marketing funnel from scratch.
It's based on the "Teach a man to fish" principle. It's KEY that you learn how to fish
before we give you a fish. That "fish" is the LaunchPad.

Regarding exercises...

If you're planning on only using LaunchPad to build your funnel, you won't need to do
many of the exercises shown in the lessons.

WHEN YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, HERE'S HOW TO GET ANSWERS...

With thousands of students coming into Inbox, there are very few questions that
haven't already been asked, so chances are very high that an answer already exists
somewhere :-)

If You Have Questions, Do Any of The Following FIRST to Find Answers:

 Search the Forum using the Search Box using keywords related to your question
to find posts that have already been made that may already contain the answer.

 Search the Inbox Modules in the same way, using the Search Box in the
member's area (where the modules are found) to find all lessons related to your
search.

 LURN Support. Go to http://LurnSupport.com and view the Support Knowledge

Database which contains the top questions and inquiries submitted to support.

 Review the FAQ page accessed from Bonuses, Replays, and Resources.

 Search through all of the "Announcement" posts in the forum in any category as
those provide more answers to top questions.

 If any of the above does not present the answer then Ask Coaches or Fellow
Members in the Forum, or...

 Jump on a Q&A coaching call (held daily).

RULES AND GUIDELINES

IMPORTANT: Before you access LaunchPad, you MUST complete the training through
Module 6 and watch all of the LaunchPad tutorials!

If you do not do this, and skip past these, it will cost you time because you will have
many questions to which you'll start posting in the forum and asking on Q&A's and
asking support, etc that were answered in the videos.

The time it takes to continuously post these questions and wait for responses will cost
you time. So please take the time up front to view the tutorials :-)

For your convenience, we've also posted Help videos at each step of LaunchPad.

You can identify these by the orange Watch Video buttons at the top right of any
LaunchPad step/page. So if you need a reminder of what you're supposed to do at any
step, just click that button.

Support

The forum and Lurn Support are not the same. Lurn support does not monitor the
forum.

The forum is for receiving support from coaches for training-related questions to help
you understand and apply what you’ve learned.

It is also for helping

For other questions that require assistance from Lurn Support directly, contact them
directly. Start by searching the knowledge base at http://LurnSupport.com. If you still
need to speak to someone, you’ll find the Support team contact information there.

Technical Issues

For ALL technical issues or errors related to LaunchPad, please contact LURN Support.
Please do not post about these in the forum.

TIP: The best way to connect with support while in LaunchPad

is to click on the Feedback tab in the lower right of your screen.
This will pop up a window where you can describe the issue and
submit it to support...

This app will automatically take a screenshot of the page that you're on where the
error/issue is occurring. You will want to duplicate the error so that any error messages
are showing (if possible) before submitting.

Sendlane Questions?

o If you have any "how to" or account related questions about SendLane go
directly to SendLane.

Neither coaches or LURN provide support for SendLane. They have their own
support staff...
Start at http://help.sendlane.com to find tutorials, instructions, and more. If you
don't find your answer there, then contact support@sendlane.com

SUMMARY

By following these steps, rules, guidelines, and tips you'll get where you need to go,
when you need to get there and with the least frustration.

Just be patient, have a positive attitude be ready to work.

Treat this like a business instead of a hobby. You're an entrepreneur now :-)
Think of this as a ladder…

There are many rungs on the ladder, but your job is to ONLY focus on the current rung.
When you're ready to step up to the next, then ONLY focus on that rung.

Before you know it, you'll be at the top of the ladder and you'll celebrate!
