Subject: Notification of Bid Result

Dear Sirs,

It is recalled that your company has responded for the Re Invitation for Bid (IFB) floated on
Ethiopian Herald on 12th December 2023 by Ministry of Transport and Logistics (MoTL) for the
procurement of 100 units of desktop computers (ET-RSIDP-392961-GO-RFB) for the
implementation of RADMS project.
Accordingly, here we are sorry to inform you that your offer for the procurement of desktop
computers has been found not responsive for the reason that your company has not submitted
Manufacturer’s Authorization letter for the desktop computers rather there is “supplier’s
Authorization for the supply of generator” on your documents. Moreover, bid validity period is also
not mentioned on your tender document. As per the bidding document issued, both of these criteria
were among the must meet requirements.
Therefore, you are hereby advised to collect your bid security used for this bid from the Ministry’s
Road Safety and Institutional Development Support Project (RSIDP)-PIU.
