 1. INTRODUCTION

Abu Dhabi Airports Company PJSC (“ADAC”) is a public joint-stock company incorporated by Emiri
Decree number 5, of March 4th 2006 to commercialize airports and the aviation industry in the Emirate
of Abu Dhabi.

ADAC’s mandate is to operate and maintain airport facilities and infrastructure to world-class standards,
to oversee airport services rendered by private firms and stakeholders, to provide the Emirate’s airports
with technical and management services to appropriate international standards of efficiency and
establish and run free zones.

ADAC requires information from qualified and experienced Contractor’s that can provide ADAC with
the Services as set out in this Expression of Information (“EOI”).

2. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

This EOI seeks for expression of interest (“Response”) from appropriately licensed and experienced
Contractor’s (“Respondent”) that are capable of delivering the Services in the most efficient and cost
effective manner, whilst at the same time meeting high industry standards.

Tender Fee of AED 21,000.00/- (AED 20,000.00 +VAT) (Dirhams Twenty One Thousand Only)
shall be paid to ADAC for Tender documents.

The Bidders shall be required to submit original bank’s deposit receipt (in case of direct deposit) or the
original Manager’s Cheque at the ADAC Head Office, account sections, Room No. F‐08, during ADAC
working hours and obtain ADAC receipt (from ADAC Finance department). Bidders shall attach the
copy of ADAC receipt where requested in ADAC e‐sourcing portal EOI Envelope.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICES

High level scope of Services is detailed in Annexure 1 of this EOI.

4. EOI SCHEDULE

The submission of Response (the “EOI Response Deadline”) shall be on or before 14:00 Hours on 16
August, 2018 14 hours local UAE time.

5. CLARIFICATION QUESTIONS

All inquiries or requests for clarifications, if any shall be submitted in the messaging tool of the Tejari
portal.

7. PROPOSAL FORMAT AND DELIVERY DETAILS

Respondent must ONLY respond to this EOI through the Tejari Portal.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

It is a condition of this EOI that the information herein is for the purpose of allowing Respondent to
submit Response to ADAC. This information is not to be used for any other purposes.

This EOI and all other information, documents or materials provided by ADAC must be considered
confidential. This EOI shall not be forwarded to any third party for evaluation or for any other
purpose without the prior written consent of ADAC.

Reproduction of this document is restricted and should only be undertaken to the extent required to
furnish a Response.

This EOI and any copies produced with or without approval will remain the property of ADAC and
ADAC reserves the right to recall all copies and reproductions of the EOI at any time. At the end of the
EOI process this document and all such copies must be returned to ADAC or be destroyed.

No organization or individual shall, without the prior written consent of ADAC, make any public
statements to third parties, or advertise in any manner; information relating to this EOI, or the
establishment of any business relationship.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This EOI is governed by and is construed according to the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the
federal laws of the UAE to the extent applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

 10. GENERAL

The Respondent will bear their own costs and expenses in connection with this EOI including all direct
and indirect costs and expenses for the preparation of their Response.

This EOI does not constitute an offer and ADAC does not give any commitment to accept any Response
nor to enter into any Contract pursuant to this EOI. Accordingly, no agreement shall be implied or
inferred by virtue of the issuance of this EOI or by the acceptance of responses in connection with it.

ADAC shall not be bound to execute any standard form of contract for the Response to be provided by
the Respondent in response to this EOI.

 ANNEXURE A –Scope of Services

Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) is embarking on development of Phase II of T3 Business Park at
Abu Dhabi International Airport. The Project encompasses construction of two office buildings with total
built-up area of 33,294 m2 comprising of Basement, Ground Floor and Five Typical Floors (B+G+5). The
Built-up area for each Building is 12,327m2 and comprises of retail units at the ground floor, leasable office
space distributed over five floors, and a combined basement parking of 8,640 m2.
