INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Heritage Auctions will assist in securing safe transit for your purchases through select common carriers and through customs.
Heritage will bear the risk of loss during delivery to the carrier of your choice. Upon delivery to your selected carrier, the risk
of loss will be borne by you, the purchaser. Heritage is unable to extend its insurance to include coverage during transit
with the carrier. However, you can purchase insurance coverage through a third party provider, if desired.

Common carriers have varying limits and restrictions on the shipment of collectibles, and customs regulations vary by country.
Most common carriers consider Comics, Coins, Currency, and all other collectables to be prohibited goods, and in certain
countries, the importation of this type of material without import licenses makes it subject to seizure. There are also limits
to the amount of insurance for certain foreign shipments if shipped via U.S Postal Service. Heritage will fully comply with all
federal laws and the U.S. Customs Authorities when shipping. All international shipments must declare the full invoice
amount as part of the customs documentation. Failure to comply will lead to government penalties to the seller and
purchaser.

Note: All orders over $250 and paid by credit card must be shipped via FedEx or UPS. FedEx and UPS require a physical
address – P.O. Boxes are not allowed.
