1.) 12 January – National Youth Day

National Youth Day, also known as Vivekananda Jayanti, is celebrated on 12
January, being the birthday of Swami Vivekananda to inspire the youth with his
ideas.

2.) 24 January – International Day of Education

International Day of Education is observed on 24 January every year to celebrate
the role of education for peace and development.

3.) Ayodhya Ram Temple was inaugurated on 22nd January 2024.

4.) ISRO successfully injected Aditya L1 spacecraft into the Halo Orbit around
L1 to study the Sun.

5.) National Road Safety Week – January 11 to 17, 2024

National Road Safety Week is annually observed across India from 11-17 January
to raise awareness about the importance of road safety.

6.) India’s longest sea bridge, Atal Setu, was inaugurated on January 12 by
Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Mumbai.
