SUBJECT: UNDER TAKING LETTER

We With reference to the contract executed between China Railway 18 th Bureau Group LLC and Deccan
Contracting and General Maintenance dated 13. 10. 2023 to carry out Electrical works at project. Park
Field.

Deccan Contracting and General Maintenance hereby undertakes, declares and confirms that Astute
Technical Services and SNG Employment and Facilities Services shall comply with all the terms and
conditions of the contract, applicable laws, rules and regulation to perform its duties to complete the
work at project and Astute Technical Services and SNG Employment and Facilities Services shall be
responsible for the work and the performance of that Deccan Contracting and General Maintenance As
per the project plan.

In case of any violation by Astute Technical Services and SNG Employment and Facilities Services,
and/ or its employees, Deccan Contracting and General Maintenance hereby undertakes, declares and
confirms that Deccan Contracting and General Maintenance shall be responsible and liable for such
violation and shall indemnity and hold harmless China Railway 18 th Bureau Group L.L.C, from and
against any liability including but not limited to any claim, penalties, proceeding, damage, cost and
expenses made against or incurred by China Railway 18 th Bureau Group LLC for reasons of any
breach, negligence or willful misconduct by that Astute Technical Services and SNG Employment and
Facilities Services.
