My thoughts and feelings about self-awareness is being


aware on your own wants and needs

 What causes those thoughts and feelings?

Being aware on my self make me realize a lot of things


and it’s makes me happy in life too because I’m aware on
what I want and what I need

Self management in my own point of view is the quote

“ Think before you speak” because you can’t take it back


if you already hurt that person.

By understanding on what they feel and by thinking d by

My choices align with my value in the way that I become
