and forth over the net.

paa ng manlalaro. Ito ang mga salik na nagbibigay ng tamang balanse at paggalaw sa pagtugon

Pia: and let’s not forget about the forehand and backhand strokes(SLIDE) Ang forehand at
backhand ay mga paraan ng pagpalo ng bola gamit ang harapan at likuran ng racket. Ang
forehand ay ang pagpalo gamit ang harap ng raketa, samantalang ang backhand ay gamit ang
likod ng raketa.
