MID STATES APOSTOLIC FAMILY CAMP 2024


May 28th - 30th
EARLY ARRIVAL
 There will be no early arrival required on Monday this year
 That means each church will need to get there early enough Tuesday so that we can set
up before church.
 For those that come in on Monday, please let Elder Lynn McCall know at least three
weeks before camp so that we can have your motel room ready. You will need to pay for
a extra night if coming in on Monday. Also I will need to know if you have anyone
coming in on Monday staying in the dorms and they will need to pay for a extra night.
 Arrival time for Monday is 5pm.
 Those that come for Monday evening, usually go out to eat and fellowship with each
other that evening.
REGISTRATION FEE'S
 Dorms; 16.00 per night
 Motel rooms: 42.00 per night (each person staying in a motel room must buy a meal ticket)
 Meal tickets are 52.00 for adults and 30.00 for child 3 - 10 years
 For three days, dorms, Tuesday evening meal and breakfast and supper for two days, total :
 Adult: 100.00
 Child's rate; 78.00
 Motels: Three nights plus a meal ticket for each person in the room. $126.00 for the
motel and 52.00 per person staying in the room for a meal ticket
ONLINE REGISTRATION
 Online registration will begin April 1st 2024
 Please remember if you do not get an email confirmation that means something
wasn't put in right and you will have to go back and fix it

 You can call after 5 pm weekdays or text him anytime and he will get back with you.
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
 Elder Lynn McCall will get a certificate of insurance.
CELL PHONES
 If someone is caught using there phone other than at meal time, they will be taken to
their pastor and if that does not solve the problem, then one of the executive board will
confiscate the phone for the rest of the camp!
 Cell phones are only allowed during breakfast and supper
 Adults are advised to walk away from the youth while using their phones.
ADMISSIONS
Check in and dorm assignments' ( cafeteria) from 9am till 1pm
 Elder Adams will be over registration this year and it will work the same as last year
 All money needs to be turned in by NO LATER THAN THE LAST OF APRIL AT
ELDER ADAM'S MEETING, that means we have to have your money in hand by then.
 All money is none refundable, that means if you have someone back out, they loose their
money!
 Please be prompt!
 I have to give the camp an exact number of people a week before camp so they know how
many to prepare for!
 Also, please let Elder Adams know who will be supervisors and monitors from your
churches.
SUPERVISORS AND MONITORS
 Each dorm has a supervisor over the entire dorm.
 Each church is to have a monitor over their group.
 EACH CHURCH IS TO APPOINT A LADY AND A MAN TO BE OVER YOUR
GROUP IN THE DORMS.
CAFETERIA AND CONCESSIONS
 Concessions will be the same as last year
 There will be a sack lunch of a hamburger or chicken sandwich, chips, a cookie, and tea or
lemonade in the cafeteria at noon ( no charge, it is included in your registration fees) 125 -150
of each
 It will be something they can just come and get and go back to activities
 Concessions will only serve ice cream, soda, candy etc, during lunch (nothing hot) there will
be hot food at the concessions after church.
 Concessions will be open from 12 noon to 1 pm and after church
 We have to give them a count each day on how many sack lunches to fix and we will have
to pay for any left over.

THE CAMP HOST WILL BE STOCKING AND TAKING OUT TRASH IN THE
DORMS FROM 9:30 TO 10:30A.M.
 NO ONE IS ALLOWED IN THE DORMS DURING THIS TIME

MORNING DEVOTIONS
 Is from 9:30 am till 10 am Wed. & Thurs.
 Wednesday's Leader - Elder Ray Winstead

 Each service consists of prayer for about 15 minutes, a song, and then a brief exhortation,
dismiss by 10 am
EVENING SERVICES
 Pre service prayer 7 pm
 Service begins at 7:30 pm
TUESDAY EVENING SERVICE
 No pre service prayer
Orientation begins at 7: 30 pm
 Elder Lynn McCall is over the orientation.
 Orientation, camp rules, and addressing any problems.

TODDLER ACTIVITIES
Ages 3 - 5
Wed. & Thu. (10am -12 noon)
 Upstairs ladies dorm: Ladies from Elder Uzzles church with Elder McCall's church
assisting.
WATER SLIDES & INFLATABLES
We have bought an inflatable house and a water slide for this year
One for the small toddlers with out water and a water slide for the older children
 The small inflatable is for the smaller ones
 The water slide is open for all ages boys and girls,……
 The attendants will alternate by ages and gender so that everything is kept decent
and holy.

CORN HOLE TOURNAMENT


 Wednesday & Thursday 1pm (Pavilion weather permitting, the gym if raining)
 Sign up will be after Morning devotion each day
 Trophies will be given for 1st place each day
 Elder Uzzles church and Elder Uzzle is to get the trophies

VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT
 Wed. 1 pm volleyball court
 Robbie McCall is in charge

TUG A WAR COMPETITION


 Thurs. 1 pm softball field

PAMPHLETS
We will be giving each registered camper a camp pamphlet this year that will have schedules
and times, a map of the campus, and a place for notes.
 Bro. Robbie McCall & Bro. Jeffery Carroll are over them

TEE SHIRTS
 We are unable to have tee shirts again this year due to the high prices
 We are going to check and see if we can find something else to sell for 2025
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Rev. Lynn McCall is over the announcements for the camp,
He will make sure they are mailed or emailed to each church in the fellowship by no later than
the first week of April.

OUTSIDE CHURCHES
 EACH PASTOR OR CHURCH CAN INVITE OUTSIDE PEOPLE TO COME!
 Our dorms were not even half way filled last year so outside people are welcome as long as
they know the rules and what they must do to attend.
 If you have a church interested in coming, we will send them an announcement, but you will
need to give us there contact information.
1. Invitations are by word of mouth by each pastor
2. outside churches are on a first come basis, if they want to attend they will need to register
online by the dead lines.
3. everyone under 18 years of age that does not have a parent at camp needs to fill out a
consent form.
4. please make sure that they get a copy of the rules, and dress code.
5. Each outside church will have to buy a meal plan in order to eat at the camp if they stay off
campus.
6. if you have someone outside of our group wanting to come to camp, they will need to make
contact with Elder Adams or one of the executive board members
7. any questions about registration should be directed to Elder Adams.
8. All night services are open to the public.

PEOPLE OUTSIDE OF OUR FELLOWSHIP WITHOUT A CHURCH AT CAMP


 Anyone under 18 that wants to come to camp and doesn't have a church group at camp,
must be hosted by a church within the camp
 That church will be responsible for that person.
 If you invite someone that will not have a church present, then your church will be
responsible for them.
 They will need to be registered with your church group.

OFFERINGS
 EACH PASTOR IS TO ENCOURAGE THEIR PEOPLE COMING TO CAMP TO TRY
AND GIVE TEN TO TWENTY DOLLARS EACH NIGHT.

CHECKOUT (FRIDAY MORNING)


 Clean up is Friday morning! Everyone is required to stay until everything is cleaned up and
the executive board gives everyone the o.k. to leave.
 Last year clean up went very well, thank you for all you did!

GOLF CARTS

 If you are physically challenged you can bring a golf cart


 No one can drive a golf cart unless they have a valid drivers license
 The key has to be removed when you get out of the cart.
 No driving on the grass only on the pavement.
