Dhurin | Banking & Financial Services Client Noida, India (August 2022 - Present)

- Leveraged logistic regression to develop predictive models, for 2 different products, identifying the accounts that were likely to be
rolled forward, and tagged them into different risk segments based on certain set of business rules and exclusions.
- Collaborated with stakeholders to design a business strategy that efficiently allocated accounts to different resolution chan nels,
maximizing the business rate of resolution using the results of the developed models and multiple other relevant parameters.
- Developed an ML model using XG Boost to identify the good pool of accounts from Bucket 1 portfolio, and defined a business
strategy to identify their risk segments and accordingly, recommended different allocation channels for those accounts to maximize
the chances of Clearance and Normalization.
- Maintained and updated a PDM model to identify accounts with a high probability of bouncing in the coming month, and segregated
them into different defined segments based on certain business rules, for the monthly PDM campaign run by the bank.
- Created and maintained interactive excel dashboards/views to help stakeholders track the month-on-month behavior of delinquent
accounts and its related parameters, enabling effective business analysis and decision-making and another one for monthly &
quarterly recovery tracking by the bank.

- Implemented a strategic approach to reject inferencing in an acquisition risk application scorecard, facilitating the scoring of
applications into green, orange, and amber channels.
- Conceptualized innovative ideas to define a set of rules and developed efficient SAS codes from scratch to effectively manage the
bureau scrub data of all rejected deals customers over a period of more than 3 years. Extracted the highest quality of information
while ensuring the reusability of the codes for future requirements.
