Business Analyst for a top US Luxury Jewelry Retailer Jul 2018 – Dec 2019
• End to end creation and management of an effective Direct Mail campaign framework – from drawing out predictive purchase interests
of customers using a deep learning model basis their past purchases and activity on clients’ website, assigning customer lists to each
country to reach out via catalogs, to the measurement of success of each campaign. The whole campaign generated incremental sales
of $15 Million in 2018 and 2019 with a 21% increase in ROI year over year.
• Developed a multinomial regression model to predict the age of customers based on transaction history and activity on the client’s
website, achieving an accuracy of 72%.
