12 The plaintiff, having informed the court that it is filing herein an Information charging
the defendant with the crime of Murder In The First Degree, Murder In The Second Degree,
13 Animal Cruelty in the First Degree, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in the First Degree,
Felony Rendering Criminal Assistance in the First Degree, Felony Rendering Criminal
14 Assistance in the First Degree9A.76.070(1), (2)(a) and 9A.76.050, 9A.76.070(1), (2)(a) and
9A.76.050, now moves the court pursuant to CrR 2.2(a) for a determination of probable cause
15 and an order directing the issuance of a summons or warrant for the arrest of the defendant, and

16 ☒ fixing the bail of the defendant in the amount of $1,000,000,

cash or approved surety bond; and no contact direct or indirect
17 with Brandon Gerner.

18 ☐ directing the issuance of a summons; and no contact direct or

indirect with nor shall he have contact with any other minors
19 except in the presence of a responsible adult. The no contact
order issued at the time of first appearance (if any) remains in
20 effect until arraignment.
21 In connection with this motion, the plaintiff offers the following incorporated materials:
The King County Sheriff's Office certification or affidavit for determination of probable cause;
22 the King County Sheriff's Office suspect identification data; and the prosecutor’s summary in
support of order directing issuance of summons or order fixing bail and/or conditions of release.

9 FINDING OF PROBABLE CAUSE AND ORDER FOR ARREST WARRANT

10 The court finds that probable cause exists to believe that the above-named defendant
committed an offense or offenses charged in the information herein based upon the police agency
11 certification/affidavit of probable cause incorporated and pursuant to CrR 2.2(a).

12 IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court issue a summons or warrant of arrest for the
above-named defendant; and
