This group project aims to thoroughly analyze the Woodland Supply Inc. case study and develop a comprehensive set of recommendations
for potential projects. Each group will be responsible for creating a summary of potential projects, a weighted scoring model to evaluate these
projects, and a detailed business case for the most promising project.

Case Study Review: Carefully read and analyze the attached Woodland Supply Inc. case study. Pay attention to critical details, challenges,
and opportunities presented in the case.

1. Summarize each proposed project using a simple table format suitable for presentation to top management. Include the name of each
project, identify how each one supports business strategies, assess the potential financial and other benefits of each project, and provide
your initial assessment of the value of each project. Write your results in a one-to-two-page memo to top management, including appropriate
backup information and calculations.

2. Evaluate the projects by preparing a weighted scoring model. Develop at least five criteria, assign weights to each criterion, assign scores,
and then calculate the weighted scores. Attach the spreadsheet and bar chart with the results. Also, write a one-page paper that describes
this weighted scoring model and the results.

3. Prepare a business case for the winning project. Use the attached Template. Make assumptions about missing information.

Submission: Compile all project documents, including the potential project summary, weighted scoring model, and business case, into a
well-organized report.
