Problem :
After upgrading the device firmware the Monitoring Service is asking for an activation code.

Solution :
This is a condition based on the criteria that the expectation is for the copier to have added capacity for the
Cloud Connect Agent. For this scenario the expectation is for the imageWARE Remote administrator of the
dealership to create an 8 digit activation code to complete the process.
However if the Cloud Connection Agent is not required and resuming typical e-RDS communication is desired,
set the following Service Mode value:
Level 1 Copier > Option > Display SW > RMS-SW set to 0
Please be aware that should it be necessary to activate the Cloud Connect Agent it will be necessary to set the
RMS-SW to 1, and the imageWARE Remote Administrator will need to create an activation code.
