In buttonPin1, the green light will be open for about 30 seconds. The first in the sequence
for controlling the traffic is from LED lights 1 in which its green light will be on, after then the yellow
light will blink to indicate that the light will change into red in a second. And after it, the green light
in LED lights 2 will be open and then its yellow light will begin to blink for the indication of changing
the its color into red. Then, the green light in LED lights 3 will be turned on and then, its yellow
light will blink before changing its light signal into red. And it will be a continuous sequence. This
setting is for the normal mode, in which the traffic is categorized in normal condition.

In buttonPin2, the green light will be open for about 45 seconds. The first in the sequence
for controlling the traffic is from LED lights 1 in which its green light will be on, after then the yellow
light will blink to indicate that the light will change into red in a second. And after it, the green light
in LED lights 2 will be open and then its yellow light will begin to blink for the indication of changing
the its color into red. Then, the green light in LED lights 3 will be turned on and then, its yellow
light will blink before changing its light signal into red. And it will be a continuous sequence. This
setting is for the traffic mode, in which the traffic is categorized in moderate condition.

In buttonPin3, All the green and red lights will be turned off and only the yellow lights will
be open and blinking. This setting is for indicating that the traffic lights will not be used since the
traffic is categorized as heavy condition and the enforcers will manually control the traffic.
