All clear the NC and the PLC data

1. How to clear the NC:

NCK general reset: To bring the control system into a defined initial state, initialization (NCK general reset) when
the power is first connected. To execute an NCK reset, turn start-up switch S3 on the CCU to position 1 and switch
on the control. The control then powers up, the SRAM memory is erased and the machine data are preset to the
default values.

Put the S3 to 1
Then push the “S1 reset” button

2. How to clear the PLC:

PLC general reset:

Ⅰ. Turn PLC start-up switch (S4) to setting “2” (set STOP operating state) Æ LED PS lights up.
Ⅱ. Turn switch S4 to position “3” (MRES) and hold in this position until STOP LED lights up again (request general reset)
Æ LED PS goes out and lights up again.
Ⅲ. Turn switch S4 to positions STOP-MRES-STOP within 3 seconds Æ LED PS flashes first at a frequency of approx. 2 Hz
and then displays a continuous light again Æ LED PF lights up
Ⅳ. After the PS and PF LEDs light up, set switch S4 to the 0 position Æ LED PS and LED PF go out again and LED PR
(green) lights up Æ Initial clear of PLC, PLC then goes to cyclic operation mode.

Note:
If a reset is initiated in switch position 3 and then acknowledged as for the GENERAL RESET function, then the
entire SRAM contents of the PLC are erased, i.e. even the system data blocks and diagnostic buffer contents are
deleted. These data can no longer be accessed. The system data blocks must be loaded again. If setting 3 (MRES)
is selected for less than 3 seconds, then no general reset is requested. The STOP LED does not light up if the
switch is not changed from setting STOP to MRES to STOP within 3 seconds if a general reset has been
requested.

Put the S4 to 3
Then push the “S1 reset” button

After the LED change to 6

And when the PS light flash, turn S4
between 2 and 3 many times. After that,
turn the switch to 0. Push S1 reset
button.
If the “PR” light gets green, it finished.
If not, do it again.
