My Experience Of Art
Since elementary school I have envisioned my life deeply intertwined with art,
however, at the same time I also knew that vision never had me living out the
stereotype of a starving artist either. As a child my understanding of artist in the work
force was nothing more than the cliché vision, of a paint covered artist smearing vivid
hues on a canvas and then rushing to the nearest art gallery to sell their work. I didn t
know anything of the vast opportunities for artist or even how abundantly art is used
throughout our society. Maybe this was due to the fact I was never one of those kids
who know what they wanted to be since they were three. Nevertheless, I always had a
passion to create, even when I was determined to become the next Thomas Edison, I was
looking for an outlet to create. By the time third grade would roll around though, it would
be made evident that art in its most traditional since of drawingand painting would be the
outlet I was always looking for. Understanding my niche in the creative world would
take me over a decade of self evaluation, inspiration, and research.
I never started out saying I was going to be an artist, I still did a child s fair share of
doodles and finger painting but it was never anything that raptured my attention.
However, this would all change on Christmas Eve, when my grandmother presented me
with a book entitled How to Draw 120 of your Favorite Things . Now the title was not
the most original approach, the book s cover made up
Interior Dorm Design Company For Dorms
A.KC Design is an interior dorm design company for dorms. Our interior designing is
the art or process of designing, often including the arranging, of the dorm room, and
labor buying the decorations. As an interior designer as myself, is someone who
directs and takes control in such projects. Interior dorm designing is a multifaceted
skilled profession that includes development, creativity, thinking, and communicating
with the owners of the project and the management and execution of the design. What
I do is a process of shaping the experience of an interior space that reflects the owner s
personality. It all started when everyone complimented me on my dorm room and
asked me to do there s. Then and there is when KC Design was born. B.We are unique
in a lot of ways, there is no other like us. Other interior dorm design businesses are all
online or in an app. So our market structure is considered to be a monolithic
competition. Which is a type of market structure in which many other businesses sell
products that are similar to us but not identical. There are no dorm design businesses
that will knock on your dorm nor move furniture themselves. My business is an
intangible service. In the near future I would like KC Design to be worldwide in every
college campus. Which means I would have to have lots of universal employees
nationwide. Our availability of substitutes can be those whom wish to design their own
rooms themselves or choose not to do business with us KC Design.
Rotter s Locus Of Control Scale Test Analysis
Rotter s Locus of Control Scale Test, is a test that measures the belief of controlling
outcomes in people s lives. The Locus of Control Scale test divides control into two
categories; internal and external. People with internal control believe that their actions
decide outcomes in their lives, while people with external control believe that outcomes
are beyond their control, which they can t influence. In the following essay, the results of
my Locus of ControlScale Test will be discussed, along with the effects of control on my
leadershipbehavior and how my control responds to different leadership styles.

As a leader, my internal locus of control drives me to always be improving. Since I
have an internal locus of control, I don t need outside influences to motivate me.
Passion, and drive comes from within and I know the actions I take will have a direct
effect on my outcome. When I lead, I know that my actions will have a direct effect on
my outcome, either positively or negatively. Due to having self awareness, I am
accountable for my actions and place a high importance on making correct decisions.
In management, nothing happens without engagement, and goals are not reached
without motivation. A Laissez Faire management style may just get bye, but nothing
will ever progress. A Laissez faire management style is directly related to an external
locus of control. This type of management would believe they are unable to control, or
influence the performance of employees, therefore there is a belief that results will
happen on their own. When the results are not achieved, this type of manager will not
take responsibility for poor results. Instead, this manager would blame his followers for
not completing a task successfully. This laissez faire management style is in direct
conflict with a leader with an internal locus. A leader with an internal locus would engage
with his followers, continually work at the development of each individual, and take full
responsibility for unsuccessful results.
