CONTRACT AGREEMENT

This agreement has been made on this 1 Feb 2024, between,

M/s. SUFUH JABAL SAHAM, CR NO: 1382385 POST BOX NO. 410, POSTAL CODE NO.511, SULTANATE OF OMAN herein after
called the First Party and M/s. AL QABAYEL DISCOUNT CENTER, AL HAIL. CR NO:1233738, POST BOX NO. 1082, POSTAL CODE
NO.122, herein after called the Second Party contractor as per below mentioned details.

LOCATION
1. AL QABAYEL ‐ HEAD OFFICE – AL HAIL (NEXT TO CHINA MART)

SCOPE OF WORK
PARKING LOT AREA – CAR WASH SERVICES

MODE OF AGREEMENT

1. The first party contracting with second party paying agreed below mentioned rate / Percentages to pay by monthly
basis
2. Rate Agreed first party pay to second party monthly 180 Riyal Oman
3. This contract shall be considering the leasing the parking area for the purpose of Car wash by first party.
4. Payment every month first week can be done by mode of Transfer online bank or Cheque
5. First three months shall be act as trial with payment, whenever the business moved into loss (Act of god or business
loss) shall be force majeure by First party with 1‐week notice.

DURATION OF DUTY
Daily 24 Hours.

ACCOMMODATION ‐ providing by First Party to the workers.

FOOD, UNIFORM & SHOES & CLEANING TOOLS ‐ providing safety measurement First Party to the workers.

CONDITIONS

 Municipality checking or Royal Oman Police checking whatever related to Oman labor law issues will comes under the
responsibility of SUFUH JABAL SAHAM (First party).
 This contract can be cancelled / terminated by First party by giving Prior Three‐month notice to other party.
CHARGES

R.O. 180 – Fixed contract Monthly basis

The First Party hereby, agrees to pay the Second Party based on the days/month completed as per Mode of Payment discussed
and mentioned above.

PAYMENT
Payment will be made by the First Party to Second Party on completion of each month and after the invoice of 7 – 10 days of
the following month.

CONTRACT PERIOD
This contract is valid for One years from 01.02.2024 to 01.02.2026.
