This pertains to the conduct of Board Game Sport such as Chess and DAMA
Tournament in relation to Buhay ay Ingatan Droga ay Ayawan (BIDA) Program of PNP
in close coordination with DILG.
In relation with the aforementioned matter and in recognition with your valuable
contribution as partner of the PNP as our Local Chief Executive, the undersigned would
like to request approval for the usage of the municipal gymnasium and sound system for
said program that will be held on November 26, 2023 at 8:00AM-3PM.
