DAY 1: START SAVING AND BUDGETING!

Take 10% of your allowance to save for the week. Do it before you spend any money and be consistent in
doing it weekly. Then, budget your remaining allowance to your needs and wants for the whole week.

DAY 2: EAT SOMETHING HEALTHY!

Eating canned goods and instant noodles isn’t enough. Take time to buy some fruits and veggies to cook
in your dorm room. Or buy pre-cooked healthy meals to enjoy for the week.

DAY 3: GET SOME WORK DONE!

Making your mind and body function with academically related activities is also good for you. Develop a
sense of time-management, accomplish and submit your school tasks and activities, then, clean and
organize your working space.

DAY 4: LEARN SOMETHING!

Be productive by studying some lessons, learning new skills, discovering new stuffs, and acquiring a new
set of knowledge about certain topics.

DAY 5: BE CREATIVE!

Take time to connect with your creative SELF. It’s been a while, but it’s good to keep yourself busy with
art. Maybe do a painting, a drawing or even a vlog with a content/topic of your choice.

DAY 6: CONNECT AND CATCH UP!

Spend time with your friends, family, partners etc. by hanging out with them or even just through calls.
It’s good to take care of your relationships with people that you value. Talk and share some “teas” with
each other and don’t forget to Enjoy!

DAY 7: SCHEDULE A “ME TIME”!

Develop a skin care routine, and stick with it. You can also take yourself on a massage session, then, have
a good sleep and rest to end the week.
