APPLICATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION/REGISTRATION OF HANDLING AND TRANSPORT CONTRACTORS FOR

TRANSPORTATION OF FERTILIZERS FROM KRIBHCO HAZIRA PLANT(SURAT) TO VARIOUS LOCATION IN MADHYA
PRADESH.

Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited (KRIBHCO) invites application for pre-qualification of Transport contractors for
transportation of 45/ 50 Kg. weight fertilizers in HDPE/ JUTE bags from KRIBHCO Hazira(Surat) plant to various centres
in Madhya Pradesh.

1. Reputed and financially sound H&T contractors with proven capability are required to submit the following
documents to Deputy General Manager Marketing-Madhya Pradesh, KRIBHCO at the above address upto 05.00
PM on or before 22.12.2023 through registered post/ By hand for pre-qualification and registration.
(1) Experience Certificate/Performance certificate: Experience of any one year during the period of last five
years from the date of issuance of our documents in handling and transportation of bagged/bulk fertilizers,
Sugar, Cement, Food-grains, other bulk commodities etc. at rail head.
(2) Registration of the firm: A self attested photocopy of partnership deed in the case of firm /Registration
certificate in case of company should be enclosed. The names and addresses of the partners of the
firm/Directors of companies and particulars of each firm, where one person is partner/director in more
than one firm should also be furnished.
(3) Income Tax Return: copy of acknowledged I.T. returns of previous 3 years and
(a) Copy of PAN card issued by Income Tax authorities.
(b) Copy of GST.
(4) Turnover during last one year for H&T work supported by audited balance sheet/ certified by CA.
(5) Copies of Partnership deed/ Memorandum & Articles of Association or Bye Laws.
(6) Details of sister concern, firm, if any.
(7) An affidavit on non judicial stamp paper of appropriate value stating that neither the applicants nor any of
their group/ associate/ sister concern have been black listed/ put on holiday by any organization and/ or
none of my/ our group/ associate/ sister concerns except me are participating in the pre- qualification.
(8) Financial viability/ Bank Solvency certificate: Bank’s financial viability/ solvency certificate issued not
before six months from the date of issuance of press advertisement which may be from Nationalized/
Schedule Bank indicating that the dealing of the party with bank are satisfactory.
(9) Existence of Transport Operators Union- if yes, a letter from the Transport union that sufficient no. of trucks
would be available to KRIBHCO.

Applicants are requested to furnish correct information. KRIBHCO reserves the right to reject the application if at any
point of time it is found subsequently that the information furnished is incorrect.

In case of any clarification Deputy General Manger (Mktg)- KRIBHCO may be contacted on all working days from 9.30 AM
to 6.00 PM. KRIBHCO reserves the right to reject any or all applications or may postpone/ extend the time and /or date
for receipt of applications, acceptance and/ or opening of applications at its sole discretion. KRIBHCO decision in this
regard shall be final and binding.
