I, the undersigned Mrs. Anita gbon's, born on November 23, 1960 in Romania, declare that
I have definitively transferred my funds in the amount of Eight hundred and seventy-four
thousand. kina (€874,000.) located within BANK BNP/PARISBAS in FRANCE to 𝙼r. Michael
kandex thus becomes the owner of what he says he can dispose of as he sees fit... If my
posterity will not be entitled to these funds, they will have no recourse against 𝙼r.

The Anita gbon's donor definitely disposes of the property and cannot, of her own free
will, recover what she gave... The donor has no children, which means that he cannot be
disinherited at benefit of a third party... Unlike a will, which can be revoked at any time, a
gift is irrevocable...

I have said and said to: Mr Michael kandex : from Papua New Guinea that my applicant
indicates, in accordance with article 4 of law 77-995 of 18-12-77 which regulates donation
and according to the terms of the following various articles: 943, 931, 932, 944,953, 960,
1076 of the civil code These are part of law n°2006-73. 9 (published in the official review of
June 24, 2006 of January 2, 2007).

From today, November 04, 2023 and after certification by the Court of First Instance of
Paris, Mr Michael kandex has full authority to use this Deed of Gift to withdraw said
funds and may present it anywhere and at any time... ...Deed of Gift for the withdrawal of
such funds by paying all applicable taxes ...

My depositor says that he will undertake to respond through the voice of the notary
Mister Maëlys Patricia Gaëlla to all eventualities, questions relating to these funds of
the ..Of which I am a donor because of my very poor state of health...

I certify that the information given in this deed is valid and authentic, in faith where of I
give this deed of gift to serve and affirm what is correct.
