DONATION CERTIFICATE
At the request of Mrs. Valérie Marchetti born May 17, 1958 in Hesdin, France Registered in the
official journals
from France with the number of his identity card 071262100841 residing in lot N12 Villa 147
PARIS residential in France, which donates (510,000 €).

The donor definitively divests himself of the property and cannot by his own will take back what he has
bequeathed.
The donor does not have children, which means that they cannot be disinherited for the benefit of a third
party. Unlike a will that can be revoked at any time, a gift is irrevocable.

I have said and declare to Mr QAYUMOV UTKIR GULOMOVICH Uzbekistan that by the
in accordance with Article 4 of Law No 77-995- of Regulation No 18-12-77 of
Article 943, 931, 932, 944, 953, 960, 1076 of the Civil Code.

From this day of Tuesday 03 February 2022 and after certification of the Court of First Instance of Paris, Mr
QAYUMOV UTKIR GULOMOVICH has the full power to use this act of donation to withdraw these funds
and may in any place and in any circumstance present this act of donation
for the withdrawal of these funds by paying all applicable taxes. Mr QAYUMOV UTKIR GULOMOVICH is
expected to pay €295 to BNP Paribas Bank. Ms. Valérie Marchetti holds
an account or the sum of €510,000 will be transferred to the account of Mr QAYUMOV UTKIR
GULOMOVICH. BNP Paribas Bank, which will be responsible for transferring the sum of €510,000
within the hours following the payment of the Transfer of documents fee on behalf of the
new heir to Valérie Marchetti. Mr QAYUMOV UTKIR GULOMOVICH must provide the bank with the details of
his account in order to make the transfer at the correct port. My applicant
say that he will undertake to answer by the voice of the Notary Mr Antoine Paul Henri DURAND to all
eventualities, the questions relating to these funds of which I am the donor because of my deteriorated state
of health.
