No security camera having been installed the day of the delivery to the address of the victim
located at 16 Allee des noyers, le Plessis Bouchard (95130) , of this fact it is not possible to know
if a flight really took place this day there as well as the author of the supposed facts. For lack

Article 441-6 and article 4441-9 of the Penal Code punish with two years imprisonment and a fine of 30,000 euros, whoever 30,000 euros fine, whoever
will have been delivered, or will have tried to be delivered, unduly by a public administration, by any fraudulent means whatsoever, a document
intended to establish a right. Article 441-7 of the Penal Code punishes with one year of imprisonment and a fine of 15,000 euros, the fact of making
use of an inaccurate or falsified certificate. These penalties are increased to three years' imprisonment and a fine of 45,000 euros if this offence is
committed with a view to damaging the assets of another person.
