REFLECTION

My reflections during the demonstrations teaching, as a teacher you need to prepare a

lesson plan that fits the learner's level, needs, interests, teaching situation, and the

teacher's understanding of how learners learn best, the time and the resources

available Lesson planning is very important in the lives of teachers because it help them

conduct lesson in an orderly fashion and it allows students to know what they are going

to learn and how it fits into their needs. Everyone one of us has a different strategy

during the final demonstration teaching a lot of nervous during the demo and they have

negative and positive comments from our program heads.

After my demonstration teaching, I felt so disappointed in myself. After all, I did not do

my best during demonstrations because I felt so nervous and I realized that teaching is

not an easy job. It requires our full dedication love and compassion for the profession

and the learners, we teachers should have the ability to inspire students through

approaches, actions, and even through the lessons and activities that students engage

in

I believe that a good teacher maraming natutunan ang mga esdyutante at madaling

makaintindi dahil ginalingan ng guro sa pagtuturo and dapat kapag kukuha kanang

lesson yun yung alam mona para mas madali mong maintindahan at ma explain sa

harap ng klase at alam kung papaano mo mahadle sa loob ng klase
