This course discusses Digital Transformation, and how students, managers, and executives
may plan, lead and benefit from the assimilation of digital technologies. This course serves as
an advanced introduction to digital transformation, unraveling how emerging technological
trends are reshaping organisations and entire sectors of the economy.

The objective is to understand how technology can be leveraged as a competitive advantage


in today's corporate environment and how recent advancements in computing, visual,
connectivity, and artificial intelligence are enabling tasks that were previously unimaginable
for people to complete. Practical examples and case studies are also discussed related to
product design, production, marketing, strategy and its use across different industries.

The course aims to answer questions related to organisational purpose and how is it becoming
increasingly relevant in today’s world to adopt this view. The course will also tap into aspects
such as what, why and how to enact digital transformation and will give a detailed analysis of
