papers.

*THESIS -Thesis: This lays the claim that the reader will explain in the text. Good communication here
requires that the claim is as clear as possible and straight to the point.

*RESEARCH - In the research proper, the author should use formal language that is specific to the
discipline being discussed. This will make the readers follow up on the points made. Results should
also be clearly communicated.

*CASE STUDENT - These are personas that have attributes of the situation being discussed. The case
studies should paint a true, vivid and accurate picture of the case being discussed
