bosses. It is especially important for making good, lasting decisions. Understanding and

controlling your feelings and those of others lets you make choices that consider different

people's views and the effects on the environment. This ability in your job is known as

friendly choices in business are connected. It shows how leaders who have good emotional

vital when making good picks. It is about earning cash and considering what helps the

community and surroundings. When a leader has good EI, they can understand how others feel.

who have a lot of EI are very important in this situation. They can understand the needs of

with climate change and sustainability problems. This answer needs leaders who can go through

the feelings of their people while making choices that match the goals for the long-term
