Direction: - Two drops of the eyedrop to be instilled in each eye three


times daily and the ointment should be applied to the lower
palpebral conjunctiva at bedtime for 7 days and to report after 7
days, or earlier if the condition worsens.

This medication to be continued uninterruptedly for first 2 months
and then 3 FDC tablets containing ISONIAZID, RIFAMPICIN &
ETHAMBUTOL & PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE to be continued daily
for next 4 months

Advised:
Sputum examination after 2 months
Baseline LFT, ocular examination should be done before initiation of
therapy
Reddish discoloration of urine may occur which is harmless
