Direction: -Two tablets to be taken at bed time before the day of
examination.

TABLET PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE 10 mg - 1 tablet to be taken
daily after meal
This medication to be continued uninterruptedly for first 2 months
and then 3 FDC tablets containing ISONIAZID, RIFAMPICIN &
ETHAMBUTOL & PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE to be continued daily
for next 4 months
Advised:
Sputum examination after 2 months
Baseline LFT, ocular examination should be done before initiation of
therapy
Reddish discoloration of urine may occur which is harmless
