A. ADVISED CLIENTS AND PROMOTED PRODUCTS


1. Advised the client of proper home maintenance. Suggested
retail products that help maintain the client’s service.
Explained why they are important and how to use them.
B. SCHEDULED NEXT APPOINTMENT AND THANKED CLIENT
2. Thanked client for their business and mentioned you look
forward to their next visit.
3. Escorted client to front desk to schedule next appointment and
pay for the service. Set up the next date, time, and services.
4. Recorded service information, products used, observations,
and retail recommendations on client service form or input via
computer record.
C. PREPARED WORK AREA AND IMPLEMENTS FOR NEXT CLIENT
5. Removed products and tools, disposed of used materials, and
cleaned and disinfected your work area.
6. To complete the procedure, refer to Milady Standard
Foundations and perform: P5-2 Cleaning and Disinfecting
Nonporous, Reusable Items.
