Elder’s Projection 2024

The elder will be responsible for the spiritual nurture and care of those members in the church.

He will visit members in their homes for prayer and encouragement. He will also assist in giving

Bible studies to prospective members and most importantly to be leaders Worship services.

As such each elder in addition to their departmental and preaching assignments will

1. teach bible class at least once per quarter

2. Conduct vesper, Sunday and Wednesday night meetings.

3. Spend time in the field witnessing

The elder’s board will

1. Meet once per month to study the scripture

2. Meet every Sabbath morning at 9:00 am to pray for

 The community

 The church

 The pastor

 Outpouring of holy spirit for witnessing

3. Meet on third Sabbath of each month to

 Conduct an analytical review of the worship services

 Plan strategically for the ever growing needs of the church internally and externally

 To make recommendations to be tabled at the church’s board meetings.

Baptismal goal for 2024 is 7. One soul per elder
