PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT

This contract (the "Agreement") provides details for the services provided by Vincent Jamal (the
"Performer") dated as of May 15th 2024. The "Performer" together with the "Contractor" will be
referred to as the "Parties." The services will be provided at the specified place (the
"Performance Venue") at the times and dates described below (the "Program").

As a condition of the Performer and other valuable considerations, the Parties to this Agreement

 1. Services Provided

The Performer hereby agrees to perform as a solo act (the "Performance”) for Sarah
as part of their Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, First Dance, and After Party.
2. Performance Details

Soundcheck

Contractor will provide the Performer with Title and Artist of requested songs for Ceremony,
Cocktail Hour, First Dance, and After Party. Additional Requested Songs to be discussed prior to 48
hours before performance.

Contractor will provide Performer with Microphone, Microphone stand, and standard amplifier
equipment. Performer will bring own acoustic guitar, and any anticipated wires for hook-up.

Out Of City Travel Fee - N/A.

3. Terms of Agreement

The term of this Contract (the "Term") will begin on the date of this Contract and will remain in
full force and effect until 23:59 on May16th 2024, subject to earlier termination as provided in
this Agreement. The Term may be extended with the written consent of the Parties.

If either Party wishes to terminate this Agreement before May 15th 2024 that Party must
provide the other Party no later than one (1) week written notice.

4. Fees & Payment Policy

In full consideration for all services rendered by the Performer at the Performance, the
Contractor agrees to pay the Performer a flat fee of $600.00 USD.
 5. Cancellation

The Performer agrees to notify the Contractor at least 48 hours in advance, or as soon as
possible, if the Performer cannot fulfill the services outlined.

If the Contractor provides the Performer with written notice of a Performance cancellation in
less than 48 hours, the Contractor will pay the Performer the full fee.

The Performer agrees to meet its obligations under this Agreement subject to legitimate
incapacity by sickness or accident. In the case of sickness or accident, the Performer must
endeavor to find a suitable replacement.
