When wiring funds to XXXXX, Promoter herby agrees to cover the cost of any wire charges
incurred in the transfer.

In the event that promoter refuses or neglects to make said payments, artist has the right not to
perform as per the present agreement, without forfeiting any of its rights herein including the
payment of the full fee.

Taxes: The Promoter agrees that Artist’s fee in this contract is net and free of all local and
national taxes and no deductions in respect of tax will be made.

Cancellation: Artist will not be responsible in case of transportation delay, cancellation or strike.
Transportation cost, hotel & dinner costs plus 50% of the fee will be paid by promoter in any case.
In case of cancellation at promoter’s request, or for any other cause not attributable to artist, the
full fee will be owed to artist (except in case of force majeure such as war,…).
The Artist will be responsible for transportation delays caused by his own fault. If the Artist does
not perform for this reason, all fee payments already made by the promoter will be returned in
full.
Artist will not be liable for failure to appear if such failure is caused by physical disability to artist.
In case of rain or inclement weather the promoter has to considering an alternative place indoor.
The total fee amount must be paid in any case even in case of cancelation (except in cases of
force majeure).

Security: The promoter agrees to provide adequate security to ensure the personal safety of the
Artist and the artist's company.

Complimentary tickets: The purchase must provide XX complimentary tickets each show in the
higher price section.

Transportation(s): Intercontinental and international flights will be paid by the Artist.

Local transportation: Promoter is to provide all local transportation as necessary to ensure all
personnel (with luggage and equipment) are safely and comfortably transported (1 van) from/to
airport and between the hotel and venue for rehearsal, meals at the restaurant, sound check and
show.

Hotels and accommodations: Promoter will provide two (2) nights of four (4) stars hotel
accommodations with breakfast included: one (1) single room superior and four (4) single rooms,
with king size bed for the nights of July 16th and 17th, 2020 (all hotels subject to artist prior
written approval).

Meals: The Promoter will pay a per diem of XXXX euros per person per night.

Catering: Promoter will provide all catering as per rider. Catering in the backstage which should
be set up when the band arrives for sound check.

Photo, Recording, Radio-TV Rights: The Artist authorizes limited photo shooting and audio
and video recording for archive and news purposes to be used strictly for promotional purposes
(only first two tunes). The Artist authorize the audio e video recording for a local TVi for 1
broadcast + 1 repeat within a year.

The recording will not be used with others commercial purposes without a previous agreement
with the artist.
No photos, tapings, broadcasts or recording of performance without written permission from the
artist. Unless he has prior written permission from Artist, Promoter agrees to prevent the
recording, filming, taping, photographing or reproduction by any other device of this performance
or any part thereof.

Weather: In case of rain or adverse weather conditions that cannot permit to perform outdoor in
a safe situation the promoter has to provide for an alternative indoor location. In any case the
agreed fee have to be paid 100% to the Artist.

PA, Lights, Backline, Catering: The Promoter agrees to provide and pay for: a first class PA
System and first class Stage-Lighting System as well as experienced technicians, for a first class
backline/stage equipment to the Artist’s specifications, for all catering required by the Artist.

Visa and Work Permit: Promoter will provide any/all necessary visas and/or work permits at no
cost to the artists.

The rider is part of the present contract and must be returned signed.

XXXX Reserve the right of cancelling date(s) of performance in the events of acts of god, sickness,
strike, war, emergencies, epidemics, terrorism or any others legitimate conditions not under their
control.
In such case, all fee payments already made by the promoter will be returned after deducting the
transportation costs already supported by the Artist.

RETURN OF CONTRACT WITHIN SPECIFIED TIME PERIOD: If this Agreement is not signed
and returned to Tema Music at the address set forth within the time specified on page one of this
agreement, Artist will have the right to declare this agreement null and void and will be free to
make other engagements on the above date(s) of performance. If for any reason Promoter is not
able to return this Agreement within this time period, it is his responsibility to so inform Tema
Music by telephone or email.

ASSIGNMENT, ALTERATION & NOTICES:

a). This Agreement cannot be assigned, transferred, or amended without written mutual consent.
b). All notices to Promoter will be in writing, addressed to Tema Music at the address below.

Promoter signs 2 copies and returns all hard copies to:

One fully executed copy of the Agreement will be promptly returned to the Promoter.

DOMICILE: The present Agreement will be governed by the laws of the New York Government.
Any claim, dispute or difference arising out or connected with this agreement shall be submitted
for determination to the courts of XXXX

I/We the undersigned acknowledge that I/We have read the above terms and conditions and
agree that they will be adhered to in full (including the attached rider and any addendum).
